Control over a growing operation.
We run complex launches as projects and set up the routines that keep a growing operation in control: onboarding, reporting, security policies.
Context
The situation
Several teams, one deadline and no single plan. Risks surface late, clients are onboarded differently every time and nobody sees the same numbers.
Scope
What we set up
- 1
Project management office
Project charter, detailed plan, RACI, risk and dependency register, reporting format and checkpoints.
- 2
Client onboarding
Contact with every new client within an agreed period after sale, a customer requirements document, a kick-off routine and a client file.
- 3
Reporting and analytics
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, improvement roadmap and cost optimisation proposals.
- 4
Security and confidentiality policies
Access policies, NDAs, logging, encrypted channels, passwords, SSO and MFA, compliance with local data rules, backups and a disaster recovery plan with regular tests.
