We categorise the collected data as follows:
1) Your full name , Email address and Description of request we collect to be able to address you properly, be able to contact you back and to be able to analyse your issue precisely. Legal basis for processing is legitimate interest in assisting you with your inquiry. This information is stored for 1 year.
2) Technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) is logged automatically by our hosting provider for security purposes and as legal basis for processing, it is not processed by us. Processing carried out by hosting provider (controller) and it retained temporarily by hosting provider, in accordance with their policies.

Without this information, we will not be able to resolve your issue, respond to your request, get in touch with you, or address you appropriately.
